	All rates are for single/double occupancy.
	Conference rates will be extended to registrants for 3 days before and after the conference, subject to availability.
	Children 17 years or younger stay free when sharing the room with parents and use existing bedding. Maximum of four per room.
	Additional persons staying in room will be charged $35 per day (plus tax); maximum of four per room.
	Check-in time is 3:00 pm and checkout time is 12 noon . Anyone arriving earlier the 3 PM will be checked in as soon as rooms become available.

When you make your flight arrangements be sure to arrive at the airport in Kona, Hawaii. If you fly to Honolulu first then you need to take an inter-island flight to the Kona airport.
