Standard - $120.00
Partial Ocean - $135.00
Ocean Front - $175.00

Room rates are subject to taxes of 13.42%, thus the room rates including taxes are $136.10, $153.12 and $198.48.

	All rates are for one to four guests per room using existing bedding.
	Conference rates will be extended to registrants for 3 days before and after the conference, subject to availability.
	One rollaway bed available per room for $35 plus tax.
	Parking: $10.42 (tax included) per day per car.
	Check-in time is 3:00 pm and checkout time is 12 noon . Anyone arriving earlier the 3 PM will be checked in as soon as rooms become available.

RESERVATIONS

The Hotel will handle reservations. Please tell the person taking your room reservation that you are attending the VSD Conference in order to get our group discount rate. Our group discount rate is only available for reservations made by March 22 - so make your reservations soon!

TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION

When you make your flight arrangements be sure to arrive at the airport in Kona, Hawaii. If you fly to Honolulu first then you need to take an inter-island flight to the Kona airport.

Taxi from the airport to the Hotel costs approximately $34 (not including tip). A shuttle service is available if you make your reservation in advance. Info on the shuttle can be found and reservations can be made on their web site at https://www.speedishuttle.com.

Car rentals are available at the airport and other locations in the Kailua-Kona area. The prices vary depending on the rental company, size of car and duration of rental.
